音源制作
希维尔钢琴音源制作
希维尔钢琴的音板和肋木材料精选自意大利北部费耶美山谷海拔1300-1400米之间的红杉。音板采用镶嵌榫接工艺以保证音板的牢固稳定和最大限度减少声音传递的衰减。横向和竖向都按设计好的角度压成球面弧形后被粘合在音板框上，获得圆润柔美的音色。由15层山毛榉木碾压而成的著名的德国Delignit弦轴板保证音准的稳定性。
采用山毛榉多层板并用数控机床一次切割成型的整体背架具有极高的强度以承受琴弦的极大张力，以保证钢琴的坚固耐用。真空铸造的铁板采用数控机床钻孔精确定位了弦轴钉、琴弦和定弦钮的位置。
